The Women's Health Pregnancy passport is published by Perinatal Services BC (formerly BC Perinatal Health Program) in partnership with the Ministry of Health Living and Sport and your Health Authority.
Ask your doctor or midwife or local health unit for your Pregnancy Passport where you will find:
- Information about the care you can expect during pregnancy, birth and early postpartum
- A place to keep a record of check-ups and tests
- A list of resources for further information
The Pregnancy Passport is a companion to Baby's Best Chance Parents' Handbook of Pregnancy and Baby Care and the Best Chance Website
