Labour Partogram Toolkit
Perinatal Services BC convened a working group of representatives from Health Authorities in January 2009 to revise several Provincial Perinatal forms which include the:
- Labour Partogram
- BC Perinatal Triage and Assessment Record (formerly the Maternal Assessment Record)
Purpose of Revisions:
- Ensure that provincial documentation tools are useful and applicable for all levels of maternity care
- Reflect current evidence-based practice
- Adopt new terminology for fetal health surveillance
- Facilitate documentation for outcome evaluation
